1. The Reception centre opened opposite the S. T. Bus stand assists the devotees with a smile.

2. After reaching Shirdi, devotees must get in touch with the above mentioned Reception centre of the Shri SaiBaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi. After that, they can proceed to the Enquiry office to book their accommodation. It is only possible after registration of name and other particulars are done.

3. Occupied room/s should be locked while going out.

4. A locker is available at nominal charge and may be booked at the Enquiry office for keeping luggage and other important things.

5. The Samadhi Mandir remains crowded during Aarati,therefore devotees should take care of their valuable things like purses to avoid being pickpocketed.

6. All religious functions and Poojas are arranged and performed through the office of the Shri SaiBaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi. Hence devotees must make necessary payments at the office against a receipt.

7. If devotees want to offer something to Shri Sai Baba in cash or kind, it should always be made at the office against a receipt.

8. As all the needed assistance and guidance are easily available at the Reception centre of the Shri SaiBaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi , devotees must not take any assistance from unauthorised guides.

9. Devotees can get literature containing authentic information on Sai Baba in various languages from the Shri SaiBaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi at reasonable prices. It is also available at the Book shops near the Samadhi Mandir.

10. Devotees should send donations by Money Orders, Postal Orders, Crossed and A/c. Payee Cheques or Drafts to ensure safe delivery of the same. Do not send cash or currency notes in postal envelopes.

11. Devotees should bargain before buying from various dealers and vendors of Pooja articles.

12. All donations for oil for the Nanda-deep and for firewood for Dhuni in the Dwarkamai are to be made in the Accounts office only.

13.The Tea canteen and Prasadalaya run by the Shri SaiBaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi offers tea and meals at subsidised rates.

14. All medical facilities are available at the Shri Sainath Hospital run by the Shri SaiBaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi.

15. It is important to keep in mind that the Shri SaiBaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi has not appointed any representative for collecting donations in cash or otherwise. Hence devotees should be little careful.

16. Devotees must known that the ‘Holy Padukas’ (foot-wears) of Lord Shri Sai Baba are only with the Shri SaiBaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, and not elsewhere.
